F.C. Pro Vercelli 1892 è lieta di annunciare di aver affidato la responsabilità tecnica della Prima Squadra a Daniele Bonera, che ha sottoscritto un contratto biennale con il Club dal 1° luglio 2026 al 30 giugno 2028.
Classe 1981, Bonera vanta una carriera da calciatore di altissimo livello. Cresciuto nel Brescia, ha successivamente vestito le maglie di Parma, Milan e Villarreal, collezionando oltre 350 presenze tra Serie A, competizioni europee e Liga spagnola. Nel corso della sua carriera ha conquistato, tra gli altri trofei, la UEFA Champions League, la Serie A, la Supercoppa UEFA, la Supercoppa Italiana e la Coppa del Mondo per Club FIFA con il Milan. Ha inoltre indossato la maglia della Nazionale Italiana in 16 occasioni.
Conclusa la carriera da calciatore, ha intrapreso il percorso da allenatore all’interno del Milan, facendo parte dello staff tecnico di Stefano Pioli e contribuendo alla conquista dello Scudetto nella stagione 2021/2022. Successivamente ha assunto il ruolo di allenatore del Milan Futuro, il progetto Under 23 del club rossonero.

F.C. Pro Vercelli 1892 is pleased to announce the appointment of Daniele Bonera as Head Coach of the First Team. Bonera has signed a two-year contract with the Club, running from 1 July 2026 until 30 June 2028.
Born in 1981, Bonera enjoyed an outstanding playing career at the highest level of the game. Having come through the youth ranks at Brescia, he went on to represent Parma, Milan and Villarreal, making more than 350 appearances across Serie A, European competitions and Spain’s La Liga. During his playing career, he won a number of major honours, including the UEFA Champions League, the Serie A title, the UEFA Super Cup, the Italian Super Cup and the FIFA Club World Cup with Milan. He also earned 16 caps for the Italian National Team.
Following his retirement from professional football, Bonera began his coaching career at Milan, serving as a member of Stefano Pioli’s coaching staff and contributing to the club’s Serie A title-winning campaign in the 2021/22 season. He subsequently took charge of Milan Futuro, the Rossoneri’s Under-23 development project.
