Cresciuto nel settore giovanile bianconero, Boufandar ha completato il proprio percorso di formazione arrivando a vestire la maglia della Primavera della Juventus, con cui ha collezionato 64 presenze complessive nelle ultime due stagioni tra campionato e UEFA Youth League, impreziosite da 5 gol e 4 assist.
A livello internazionale, il centrocampista vanta anche 17 presenze e 1 rete con le nazionali giovanili del Marocco, confermando il proprio profilo di assoluto interesse anche oltre i confini nazionali.
